The World's Best Dad

Brian and I are pretty fortunate, our father's and grandfather's, from both sides - way back, were amazing people. Individuals who literally shaped lives. On Father's Day 2010 at the Throop house we recognized what an awesome Dad Brian is, which is pretty incredible seeing how great all those other Dad's were/are. But far-and-away, he's the best. Publix gave him this cookie cake because he was in line getting Roland a cookie. Brian attempted to say she must have been hitting on him, but I know better. She recognized the "World's Greatest Dad" too. :)
Great Dad's sit on hammocks and listen (and listen, and listen) to toddler stories and search for airplanes in late afternoon skies.

Great Dad's hold little babies extra close and teach them important lessons every day.
