SNOW!

Finally, snow we can enjoy! Snow that stops time! Snow that forces vacations and special privileges and hot drinks and big messes! Snow that makes everything silent and winter beautiful! Here's a quick shot of me with Aria and Roland out enjoying the snow. We couldn't have asked for a better cul de sac, lined with wonderful families, full of kids of all sizes, and a perfect street/hill for sledding. We needed only to walk out the front door and off we went! Roland and Brian went sledding in the morning, but after naps, mom had to show Roland how it's done! I think the first time with me he was a bit scared, so naturally we did it again - faster - with more yelling and cheering to make it even more exciting. Turns out, after about 4 trips down you're wishing you had a ski lift to haul you back up! GREAT fun!
